Post 16 and admissions to sixth form

If you require admission of your child to a sixth form at a Gateshead school, please contact the sixth form directly to discuss their application and admissions process.

Alternatively, you can contact our Careers Information and Guidance Team (IAG) who will be able to help you. The IAG Team offers support to help young people understand the range of post-16 education, training and employment options that are available to them. This includes sixth form studies, college, higher education, training, and study programmes as well as apprenticeships.
