This page is designed to guide you through the process of making a payment online.
Starting the pay form
Start at the 'pay' page for your payment, for example Council Tax payments.
Click the 'pay' button.
You will be taken to a page where you will be asked to enter your account number.
Click 'continue' to go to the next page where you will enter the payment amount.
Add the amount you'd like to pay, then click 'confirm amount'. You will then be given the option to add another payment, for example rent.
Click 'add another payment' and select the payment type from the drop-down list.
Click 'confirm payment' to add the payment type. You can continue to add multiple payments in this way.
Click 'continue' to go to the next screen, where you will enter your name and address details.
Name and address details
Once you have entered your details, click the 'make payment' button to go to the payment card details page.
Find your card details
This is the long number on the front of your credit or debit card. Enter the number without any spaces. We accept Mastercard, Maestro and Visa.
The expiry date is shown on the front of your card. Please enter this in mm/yy format, for example 09/22.
Card security code
The security code is the last 3 numbers printed on the signature strip on the back of your card.
When you have entered your card details, click the 'continue' button to go to the cardholder details page.
Name as appears on card
The full name of the card holder, exactly as it appears on the credit or debit card.
The address where your card is registered. You can find this on a statement from your bank or building society or credit card company.
The postcode where your card is registered. You can find this on a statement from your bank or building society or credit card company.
Enter a valid email address to receive a confirmation email. If you do not have an email address leave the box empty. You can print confirmation at the end of the payment.
Click the 'continue' button to go to the payment details page.
Please check your details are correct before clicking the 'make payment' button.
You will be taken to a confirmation page which you can print for your records. From here you can make another payment or return to the website. If you provided an email address, you will receive a confirmation email.
