No ball games signs

We do not now install 'No Ball Games' signs or repair them.

Public open spaces are for everyone to use. Playing ball games on these spaces is not illegal and the signs cannot be enforced.

Ball games are not classed as anti-social behaviour but if they are being deliberately and persistently played recklessly or have caused damage to property that can be classed as anti-social behaviour.

If a compromise cannot be reached you can report the issue.

Request removal of a sign

We can remove an existing 'No Ball Games' sign if it's damaged.
