Charging, cancellation and non-attendance
Due to the ongoing situation with the COVID-19 virus we have taken the decision to cancel all face to face training organised by Workforce Development until further notice. We are reviewing this as and when guidance is coming in. If you have any queries please email WDSupport@gateshead.gov.uk
Cancelling your place on a training course
If you are unable to attend a training course you, or your line manager, must cancel your booking in one of the following ways:
- Log into your account and cancel, or
- if you are a Gateshead Council Manager log into People Manager and cancel your employee off the training course
- call 0191 433 8355 and select option 1, provide the information asked for
Do not email your cancellation.
Please ensure you sign the attendance register at the start of each course. If you are not signed in, you will be classed as 'no show' and this may incur a charge.
Late cancellation or non attendance on Gateshead LSCB Training is subject to charges. For full details view the LSCB charging policy [229.08KB].
The full cost of the training course, including registration fees and certification is payable before the start of the event. Payment has to be made and funds cleared in the Council's bank account before attendance.
Organisations that require an invoice to be sent for course fees must supply an official order number or reference and complete full invoicing details during the application process.
