Multi-storey Safety Group

Our Multi-Storey Safety Group has been in place since July 2022, and is made up of a diverse mix of residents from across our multi-storey housing. The group was established to ensure that people living in multi-storey housing have a stronger voice in the management of their homes, ensuring they have an active role in matters of safety.

The group ensures that we are delivering multi-storey housing that is safe to live in, and is providing relevant and up to date information to residents in accordance with the Building Safety Act.

The group usually meets every other month for a two hour meeting, attended by our Building Safety Manager and Customer Involvement and Diversity Lead, to talk about matters of safety related to their home, and where members have the chance to discuss and influence how we deliver services safely in our multi-storey housing.
