You must apply to us before you remove a countryside hedgerow.
You should discuss your proposal to remove a hedgerow with us first to make sure it's legal to do so.
Under the Hedgerow Regulations, it is against the law to remove most countryside hedgerows without our permission. These regulations do not apply to garden hedges.
