Our Gateshead in Pastels with Bernard Quinn
Charlie Rogers was "one step ahead of the bulldozers" as he magically captured his beloved Gateshead. In his current paintings, artist Bernard Quinn also searches for and celebrates Gateshead's urban corners.
In this fun, informal workshop you too will paint Gateshead - using colourful soft pastels. No previous experience of pastels is needed. Bernard will show you how to use pastels and help you create your painting. All art materials will be provided. Bring a photo of your favourite Gateshead corner if you can. Please bring an apron or an old shirt.
