During the application we will ask you for personal details, business details and information on how
you plan to use the pavement licence.
Before you apply, you will need:
- a credit or debit card to make payment
- a 1:1250 scale location plan showing the premises and the proposed pavement licence area so the application site can be clearly identified
- a 1:100 scale layout plan showing how furniture and other items will be configured in the area and the proximity of the premises, neighbouring buildings, lighting columns and trees and so on
- a copy of your public liability insurance covering no less than £5million
If you continue without submitting these documents, your application will be rejected and you will not be eligible for a refund.
The consultation period is 14 days, starting from the day after you submit your application. The determination period is then a further 14 days, after the consultation period has ended.
