Making sure our tenants are safe in their homes is our top priority.

Emergency reporting

In a Gas Emergency call Northern Gas Networks on 0800 111 999.

When you report a potential gas leak, you will be asked the following questions:

  • How long have you been able to smell gas?
  • Is the smell from inside or outside the property?
  • Where is your gas meter?
  • Can you still smell gas when the gas is turned off?
  • Is anyone else affected by the smell?
