Buying tickets

Tickets can be bought online, by telephone or in person:

• Online 
  Payment can be made by debit or credit card through our online booking system.
• Phone 
  If you're not able to book online please contact 0191 433 8420 and a member of staff will call you back on a secure payments line. Payment can be made using a debit or credit card. 
• In person - in advance of the event 
  At Gateshead Central Library. Payment can be made by cash or credit/debit card. 
• In person - on the date of the event 
  Customers can purchase tickets from the event box office (various venues) at the time of the event until it is sold out. We would always recommend booking your ticket in advance to avoid disappointment.

Concessionary tickets

Concessionary tickets are available to those aged 60 and over, 16 and under, students in full-time education and those in receipt of benefits.

If a customer requires the support of a carer to enable them to attend the event, the carer is entitled to a ticket free of charge.
