App1 (up to level 3) - £14,566 first year

What we want you to do

• Construction of new cycleways and footways
• Maintenance of roads and footways
• Laying paving slabs and block paving
• Kerbing
• Maintenance and installation of street furniture
• New Roads and Streetworks training
• Utility pipes and cables location using CAT scanning tools
• Use of IT to receive and complete jobs
• Strict adherence to safety protocols at all times

What you need to be successful - the essentials

Qualifications

• Maths and English GCSE Grade 3 (D) or above, or equivalent

Personal skills

• Enthusiasm
• Full driving licence - or commitment to achieve it before end of apprenticeship
• Willingness and able to work outside all weathers
• Computer literate
