Materials and equipment
All equipment will be provided along with ingredients for the first week. After the first week learners will be given a shopping list of ingredients to bring to each lesson after that.

You will work towards course outcomes and personal goals with your tutor assessing your skills through observation and questioning. Developmental feedback will support you to progress and achieve.
