Donate to a food bank

Most food banks rely on donations. If you're able to donate, products with a long shelf life are most useful - like tinned foods, pasta, cereals, jars of sauce and tea and coffee. Many food banks are also grateful for toiletries and of course, volunteers. If you have some time to spare, why not contact your local food bank to see if you can help?
