Gateshead foodbank - Blaydon
We work to tackle food poverty and hunger in local communities. Helping local people in crisis by providing a food parcel.
Everyday people in the UK go hungry for reasons ranging from redundancy to receiving an unexpected bill on a low income. A simple food box makes a great difference and helps prevent crime, housing loss, family breakdown and mental health problems.
We can offer three food parcels in six months.
We may be able to help with bus fares to and from a collection point.
You may also be able to get emergency food supplies from your local church.
