St Chad's Community Project

As a Community Development Project, we aim to meet the needs of the local community in Bensham by offering childcare, family support and opportunities for social action, leisure activities and training.

We also offer opportunities for family learning. All provision offered to families is supported by childcare.  

Food parcels, Pop Up Shop (fresh and dry food) on pay as you feel basis. 

We also offer emergency foodbank voucher referrals for Gateshead Foodbank.

You can drop in but it we would prefer if you called ahead.

Donations

We welcome donations of store cupboard items, long life milk, cereals, pasta, rice, sauces, quick cook food and snacks, tins, pulses etc.
