Property standards checklist
Each section has a brief overview of the property standards guidance requirements.

1. Fire safety standards and means of escape
Single person / family dwelling

2. Gas safety and carbon monoxide

3. Electrical safety

4. Overcrowding and room sizes

10. Heating, insulation and ventilation
