Mulgrave Villas is situated in central Gateshead with excellent bus and Metro transport links. The local high street is within walking distance.  

There is an on-site Scheme Officer who is available Monday to Thursday between 8.30am and 5pm and Friday between 8.30am and 4.30pm to provide support for residents.  

Mulgrave Villas main door is operated by a fob entry system, with each flat having its own front door for extra security. There is a mix of one- and two-bedroom flats, all with integrated kitchen facilities and Tunstall emergency care units with pull cords and pendants. These are technology solutions that can help you to manage many risks around the home, and alert caregivers in an emergency. 

The communal lounge is busy every day with activities for residents to mix and socialise. We encourage residents to get involved - however, there is no pressure, and everything is voluntary.
