Milvain Close consists of 20 one-bed flats and 22 two-bed flats. Each flat has Tunstall emergency care units with pull cords and pendants. These are technology solutions that can help you to manage many risks around the home, and alert caregivers in an emergency.  

A Mobile Sheltered Scheme Officer frequently works on site and is contactable Monday to Friday between 8.30am and 4.30pm to provide advice and support to residents.  

There is a separate communal lounge on site with a kitchen area. The lounge hosts an activity schedule for residents to come together to relax and socialise.
