St Cuthbert's Multi-storey Block - Requesting donations and volunteers to help create a communal lounge

St Cuthbert's Court are creating a practical space for residents to connect with one another, and participate in activities that reduce social isolation, boost community connectivity, and encourage residents to develop new skills.

They are hoping for donations for materials or financial donations for the following:

• paint
• carpet
• table and chairs
• sofas
• decorations
• house plants

They are also looking for volunteers to help for four hours a week for eight weeks to help redecorate the communal lounge. Tasks include:

• repainting walls
• laying new carpets
• building/ moving furniture
