RTC North Ltd: Business scale-up support

The project offers bespoke support to ambitious business owners looking to drive growth, profitability and wealth. It is delivered by a diverse team with broad experience and specific skill sets, many of whom have successfully scaled and exited their own businesses.

It aims to help unlock potential, improve decision-making, develop strategy, build confidence, solve problems, and provide a single point of contact for business owners focused on growth and improvement by addressing challenges faced by businesses in Gateshead. In addition to the one-to-one support offered, a range of workshops, peer groups, webinars, and boot camps are available to complement this and also provide insight and motivation for those businesses not quite ready to scale.
