Children North East: Gateshead Marginalised Groups Support'
The Peer Support Group project will establish three new youth groups for young people living in Gateshead. There will be one group for neurodivergent young people, one for LGBTQ+ young people, and one for asylum seekers and refugees. The groups will take place weekly and will combine activities, peer support and structured conversations, addressing issues raised by the group members. They will be facilitated by our experienced youth workers and are aimed at young people aged 13 upwards.
