North East Autism Society: Diverse Pathways

At Diverse Pathways it is our mission to empower individuals to feel confident in taking their next steps, whether that's towards employment, social engagement or improving their mental and physical wellbeing. 

Aimed at those who are neurodivergent, have learning difficulties and disabilities, or are experiencing poor mental health, Diverse Pathways recognises and celebrates the difference in us all. 

Our support is tailored to the needs, strengths and interests of each individual and our dedicated team works closely with participants to break down barriers, enabling them to fulfil their potential and to do the things that matter most to them. 

We offer:

• tailored 121 individual action plan and goals to meet your needs 

• a range of activities and support available including:

  • financial/benefits advice

  • learning opportunities

  • training

  • confidence building

  • mental health support and much more
