His work includes therapeutic parenting support and family intervention based on dyadic developmental psychotherapy principles, helping prevent family relationship breakdowns. Stu has over two decades of experience and 17 of those years working with young people involved with, or on the periphery of, the youth justice system. Stu, is also the Director of Child and Adolescent Behaviours Services who are a registered provider for the Adoption and Special Guardianship Support Fund, which provides therapeutic support to adopted families across the region, working closely with an array of professionals helping them understand the child's behaviour.

Stu and Paula meet regularly to discuss the students at CuePoint, Stu also observes the students in situ and then advises Paula on any recommended therapeutic input and, where necessary, arranges sessions between Stu and the student and any other relevant outside parties.

Paula has been a professional DJ for over 20 years and has strong links to the DJ community in Gateshead & Newcastle.
