Dear resident
We are writing to inform you of upcoming works involving asbestos remediation works in the plant room at Priory Court. These works will start the week commencing 28 April and are expected to take approximately two weeks to complete.
The appointed contractors working on behalf of Gateshead Council are Rhodar and Pattison Scientific Services. For the duration of the works a locked skip and decontamination unit will be positioned next to the plant room. Public walkways will remain accessible at all times.
We will be using 6 Priory Court as the designated welfare facility for the scheme. While we typically do not work on weekends, work may be carried out on Saturday 3 May to compensate for the bank holiday on Monday 5 May.
We apologise for any inconvenience these works may cause and will try to keep any disruption to a minimum.
