The prize draw for the survey 'Gateshead My Account' is offered under the following Terms and Conditions:
- Entries will only be accepted by entrants who have a Gateshead My Account
- There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition
- Entrants may only enter the competition once, entrants who apply multiple times will be disqualified
- The competition will run from 5 October 2020 and will close when 50 valid entries have been received. After this point no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
- The two winners will be selected as random from the first valid 50 respondents of the competition
- Winners will be notified by email within 14 days after the survey has received 50 responses
- The promoter will notify the winners when and how the prize will be issued to them
- If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner
- The winners of the competition shall be offered a choice of either a Love2Shop gift card or an Amazon voucher worth £25
- Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice
- Gateshead Council reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter's control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
- Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions
- The promoter's decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into
- No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason
