10 week beginners Tai Chi Course

Join our 10-week Tai Chi beginners' course. Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese martial art that combines slow, gentle movement with breathing and focused attention. Originally developed for self-defence, it's now practiced for its health benefits, including improved balance, flexibility and stress management.
Adults only. Please note the £3 is for the whole course.
