Description

The council is proposing to introduce parking restrictions into the Winlaton Mill area specifically in and around the signalised junction of Noel Avenue and the A694.

The proposed restrictions aim to deter parking occurring in the area which is restricting the available carriageway space on the approach to the signalised junction as well as preventing vehicles from parking partially on the footway which is reducing the available footway space for pedestrian movement.
