    Description

    Notice is hereby given that the Borough Council of Gateshead proposes to make an Order to introduce a 20mph Speed Limit Zone at the Avant Homes housing development in the Sunniside area. The proposals discharge planning conditions associated with the development.

    The draft Order, Notice of Intention, Plan and a statement of the Council's reasons for proposing to make the Order may be viewed below.

    If you wish to object to the proposed Order, please comply with the requirements of the Notice of Intention and send the grounds for your objection in writing before 4 August 2025.
