Learning objectives
By the end of the session participants will be able to:
- understanding what is high risk
- understand the MARAC Process and how agencies contribute to MARAC
- recognise the underpinning legislation and principles
- understand the role of Safelives
- understand Risk Indicator Checklist (RIC) and referral form
- understand the meeting processes and contribute to the MARAC Action Planning process
- understand how MARAC links to MAPPA/MATAC and understand their thresholds
Suitable for
- Intercollegiate Framework: level 2 People identified in Groups 3-5
- Bournemouth University Framework: People identified in Group B2-D
- staff who may work with people at risk of high risk DVA or have responsibility of attending MARAC Meetings
