Learning objectives

By the end of the facilitated seminar you will be able to:

• describe the nature and extent of knife crime.
• outline the law in relation to offensive weapons and knives.
• list potential signs that someone may be involved in or be around knife crime.
• give examples of efforts being made to tackle knife crime.
• identify ways in which you can support the reduction in knife crime.

Intercollegiate Framework: Level 3 People identified in Groups 1 - 3.

This session is aimed at any professional who works with young people or wants to find out more about the subject.
