Electronic Personal Education Plan completion guidance

Once fully completed and quality assured, the system will store two printable versions of the PEP document in a 'Word' format. These can be found by selecting the drop down 'Child Menu Options' and choosing 'Previous PEPs'.

• Full PEP - is the full version of the document including the Quality Assurance Rating and Feedback comments
• My Personal Education Plan Summary - is for schools/provisions who wish to print out a summary of the PEP for distribution to parents/carers and professionals, without the QA feedback comments.

The completed PEP forms part of the C/YP's Care Plan.

A printable word version of the ePEP can also be accessed from this section at any stage of the process from the 'Download Options' menu. This allowsindividual TABS, i.e. PEP Meeting Record; blank ePEP formsi.e. Child Voice; and completed ePEPs awaiting QA, to be printed out at any time.
