We are looking forward to seeing you at Teams Life Centre and can offer the following activities:
Monday Moodboosters from 11.20 to 2pm. Entertainment, free tea and coffee and hot food if needed. New2u shop is open and we offer items free of charge.
Tuesday: walking football from 10.30 to 11.30am - this is free of charge. Our Advance Mens group is on from 1 to 4pm where you can enjoy a game of pool!
Wednesday: musical cafe (pay as you please) with disco or live music from 12 to 2.15pm.
Thursday: walking group (11am from Teams Medical Centre) and finish off at our Friendship group at 11.30am for quiz and bingo.
Friday: free community pool table from 11am to 2pm.
Friday: 12.45 to 1.15pm, get up to 3 bags of food including fresh fruit and vegetables, chilled food and cupboard staples at low cost with The Bread and Butter Thing. To register, text 07507 237 311 with your name, postcode, and nearest hub.
Cafe and New2U shop open every day.
