Baltic Centre for Contemporary Art

Front Room is the designated Warm Welcome Space at Baltic where visitors can request hot and cold drinks (donations are welcome but not compulsory).

Voltra 53 and Voltra 54 bus routes stop close by. The Voltra 53, Voltra 54, Loop 94 and Loop 93 are affected by the closure of Hawks Road. There is a temporary bus stop outside of Gateshead College on Quarryfield Road.

Baltic has an accessible entrance, book borrowing facilities, outdoor space and activities, as well as bookable access equipment on site for looking around the building.

This Warm Welcome Space is free of charge.
