The library is open for the selection of books and computer use. Our Ring and Read service is still operating and fines for late return of items will not be charged.

Christmas opening hours
Rowlands Gill Library will close on Saturday 21st December at 12.30pm and will remain closed until 9.30am on Thursday 2nd January, when normal opening hours resume.

By public transport: We are on Norman Road which is parallel to Station Road, Rowlands Gill. 45, 46 and 47 bus from Consett and Newcastle, R5 and R6 local services.
