7. Implementation and training

7.1 Prevention and recovery procedures are in place and refresher training takes place on a regular basis to all team members. Any changes to policy or process will be conveyed immediately to team members.

7.2 All team members will engage in role-specific training to ensure their skills and knowledge remain current and aligned with service requirements.

7.3 The policy will be reviewed every 2 years, in line with Government guidance, best practice and legislative changes. As part of the review, we will consult with tenants, internal teams and external support agencies on the contents and effectiveness of the policy.
