In this video we'll be showing you how to lubricate a door or window lock.
0:09
For this you will need a door or window key and anti-corrosion lubricant such as WD40, a cloth and a pair of gloves.
0:22
Sticking window and door locks can often be resolved with simple solutions like applying oil to the keyhole.
0:29
To do this, lift the nozzle of the lubricant and spray directly into the keyhole.
0:36
Wear gloves to prevent the lubricant getting onto your hands and follow any safety directions on the product.
0:43
Put the key in the lock, leave it for a few seconds and wiggle the key about.
0:49
Test the key a couple of times to ensure it is not sticking any longer.
