Street collection permits

A charitable collection must not be held in any street or public place without a street collection permit. The Council will usually only allow one collection per organisation in a year.

Download an application form, complete and return it to the address below along with the following:

• Two references (please see guidance for more information on suitable references)
• Letter of authority from charity/organisation that you are collecting on behalf of
• Landowner's consent (if required for the collection, for example, Metro Centre, Blaydon Precinct, Trinity Square)
