Refused asylum

If you have had a negative decision on your asylum claim, you will be asked to leave your asylum accommodation, and your financial support will end. You will be given 21 days to vacate your MEARS accommodation.

It is important that you seek specialist support as soon as possible.

You must register by 12 noon if you want to see a case worker and we recommend you arrive before 9.30am if possible.
