New online repair reporting system launched

Council tenants and leaseholders can book a repair appointment online with our new repair reporting system.

Last week we successfully launched our new online system, with over 100 repairs reported in the first week.

Any resident with My Housing Account can access this service. To register with My Housing Account, select 'my account' at the top of the Council homepage. Once registered, you can book a repair appointment, check rent balances, pay rent and other service charges, and update personal details at any time.
