Dawn Robson is our Designated Clinical Officer (DCO). Dawn helps children and young people who need extra help with learning or health. Dawn:
- listens to children, families, and people who work with them, making sure their voices are heard
- helps make sure health services are good and work well for children with SEND
- helps people work together - such as educational professionals, social care and health services
- helps answer questions about health provision in Education Health and Care Plans (EHCPs)
- helps make sure children get the right health care
- helps find out what services are missing and how to fix that
- helps make sure there is a clear plan for children from birth to age 25
