Before you start, you will need to know:
- the location of the adaptation
- the size of adaptation required (if applicable)
- the tenure of the property
- a contact number for the person you are making the request for
You may also need to upload photos of the adaptation location. There is the facility within the form to annotate your photos (for example, to draw arrows or circle the exact area).
