Before you start, you will need to know:
- the location of the adaptation
- the size of adaptation required (if applicable)
- the tenure of the property
- a contact number for the person you are making the request for
Where possible, please provide the following in your request:
- a detailed description of the adaptation required
- photographs of where the adaptation is to be installed
- attach any costs you have gained from a joint visit with the Home Repairs team
- attach any quotations if applicable
