Resident Voice are Gateshead Council tenants and leaseholders who want to help shape and improve housing services.

You can take part in a range of activities, including:
- giving feedback on policies and documents
- joining focus groups or surveys
- taking part in neighbourhood walkabouts
You can choose how and when you take part, depending on what suits you.
How it works
Our Customer Involvement Team will contact you when opportunities come up. There's no commitment - you can decide if you want to take part each time.
Who can join
We welcome all tenants and leaseholders. We're particularly keen to hear from people with different backgrounds and experiences.
You don't need any formal experience - just an interest in improving services and a willingness to share your views.

We can provide support to help you get involved, including:
- help with costs
- reasonable adjustments
