We provide:
a job-matching service, so you can find and keep the employee who is right for your business: at the start of your hiring process, our employment support workers will find out about the skills needed for your vacancy and match you with clients who will be a good fit
on-the-job training for our clients, tailored to your business: our employment support workers train our clients to do the tasks needed for your vacancy, and can even do this on-site so everything is tailored exactly to your business's needs - we can offer this training for as long as you need
ongoing support to you and our clients, at any stage of their employment: after our clients have completed their training, we'll agree an employment support plan with you. This will lay out any ongoing support you or our clients require, and how often we'll be in touch to see how things are progressing. We can review this regularly so both you and our clients feel fully supported. We don't just provide this at the start of our client's career with you - we're on hand for the entirety of their employment.
training so you feel confident employing individuals with learning disabilities and neurodiverse people: we can offer training to you and your employees on topics including disability awareness, learning disabilities, working with neurodiverse colleagues and how to provide reasonable adjustments.
