Confirm whether your property remains empty or is now occupied
How to complete the form
Please complete the form online. You will need to enter your PIN number, account number and postcode provided on your letter.
You must complete the form even if you have already informed us of a change in circumstances. Include all of the occupants of the property in your response.
If someone stays at the address for 3 or 4 nights a week, and keep their belongings at the address, they count as an occupant. It will be classed as their main residence and they should be included in your response. If they stay at various addresses on the other nights of the week, it will still be classed as their main residence.
If you are unable to complete the form online
