Only use this form if:
- you have been advised to do so by the Licensing team, or
- you have recently been provided with your Section 50 certificate and wish to book in your next test
You will be booking an appointment for your taxi vehicle test using this form. Please ensure the appointment you book is:
- in sufficient time before your license expires if you are booking an annual test
- in the correct month to comply with the vehicle policy if you are booking a six monthly test
The cost of the vehicle test is £54.85. We will take payment as part of the booking process.
You will need:
- the vehicle's registration number
- the vehicle's plate number
- a credit or debit card
