Existing complaints

The following options are only available for corporate complaints made after April 1 2026.

If your complaint was made before April 1 2026, your complaint will follow the three stage corporate complaints policy.  If you would prefer to speak a Customer Services Advisor you can call 0191 433 3000. 

Complaints can only move from Stage 1 to Stage 2 after a Stage 1 formal outcome has been received.
