FACT will have a tombola running, Wardley Wombles have special Easter treats, Embells CIC have a pop up market with games.

Enjoy a full line-up of performers throughout the day; local bands, singers, and entertainers bringing feel good vibes to the heart of the park.

Art and craft activities
Get creative with free craft activities for all ages, it's the perfect chance to try something new and take home something wonderfully handmade.
- Gem Arts bring you artist workshops with spring themed and traditional arts and crafts from around the globe with; Spring Crochet, Spring Crafts and Origami, as well as a Henna Artist!
- Gateshead Family Hubs will also be providing a craft session for the little ones!
- St Andrews Church have curated an extra special exhibition featuring artwork from local children
Sports and leisure
Free taster bowls sessions
Give bowls a go with friendly taster sessions led by Leam Lane Bowling Club! Whether you're totally new or just curious, it's a fun way to meet people and learn a new skill.
Gateshead FC Foundation - will be offering free penalty shoot out games throughout the day
Event information
Gateshead's Spring Festivals have been made possible with funding from North East Mayor Kim McGuinness and the North East Combined Authority.
Photography and videography will be taken on the day by an official council photographer.
