It includes procedures for starting tenancies, tenancy types and changes, succession and assignment rules, enforcement actions, support for vulnerable tenants, handling tenancy fraud, and ending tenancies. It also covers decanting processes, tenant engagement, data protection, and compliance with housing regulations and legislation. We welcome your views on the policy.
