Building a brighter future at the heart of Felling 

Our Felling Town Centre project marks a £35 million investment in creating a stronger, more sustainable community.  

Spread across two sites, the regeneration will bring over 200 high-quality new homes, including a purpose-built extra care facility of around 100 units to support Gateshead's older population, as well as new public greenery and play spaces. 

Demolition is now underway to provide the sites for new homes. 

Alongside modern family homes, landscaped public spaces, play areas and improved public realm, Felling's regeneration will support shops, services and local pride. Gateshead Council is committed to making Felling a place to thrive.
